CTAC to Merge with KORE
On March 12, 2021, CTAC and KORE Wireless Group, Inc. (“KORE”), a global leader in Internet of Things (“IoT”) solutions and worldwide Connectivity-as-a-Service (“CaaS”), announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement. Upon completion of the transaction, the combined company expects to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “KORE”.
Cerberus Telecom Acquisition Corp. (“CTAC”) is a blank check company formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company intends to focus on the information and communications technology (“ICT”) sector, specifically on companies participating in the 5G revolution.
CTAC will identify compelling growth targets within the ICT sector that can benefit from our investment and resources.
