Our name, brands and reputation may be misused by imposters and frauds publishing fake websites and engaging in “phishing” scams seeking personal or confidential information.

“Cerberus Telecom Acquisition Corp. ” and all other trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively the “Trademarks”) are Trademarks belonging to CTAC, its affiliated entities, or its licensors. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the Site, without CTAC’s prior written permission in each instance. All goodwill generated from the use of the Trademarks will inure to benefit of CTAC, its affiliated entities, or its licensors, as the case may be.
The Site is operated and controlled by CTAC in the United States, and the Content provided in or accessible through the Site is, unless otherwise specified, directed at residents of the United States. Despite the global nature of the Internet, CTAC makes no claims that the Content or the Site are appropriate or may be viewed or used outside the United States.
